A Rochester, NY native, Erin Maguire is one of the nation’s leading political analysts and communications strategists, renowned for her sharp wit, strategic commentary, and ability to clarify even the most complex issues. With over 15 years of experience in Republican politics, she has crafted messaging, trained candidates, navigated some of the country's most consequential crises, and influenced national conversations at the highest levels of government and campaigns.

As a seasoned media veteran and dynamic debater, Erin frequently appears on Fox News, NewsNation, Newsmax, CNN, and Real Time with Bill Maher. She uniquely blends politics, culture, and strategy, providing insights that inform, entertain, and engage, making her a trusted voice for both political insiders and the broader public.

Her expertise includes media training, crisis communications, narrative development, and long-term strategy. Erin’s career features senior roles in the upper echelons of Republican politics. She served as Communications Director for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), leading one of Capitol Hill's most aggressive press operations, and as Director of Press Communications for President Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, acting as a national spokesperson and managing extensive media relations. She also held senior communications roles with Senate Republican Leader John Thune (R-SD) and House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), and has worked with Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Speaker Paul Ryan, Sen. Ron Johnson, and numerous statewide and congressional campaigns.

Outside of politics, Erin is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan—having cheered through the four falls of Buffalo, the 17-year playoff drought, and now the Josh Allen era. She recently took up golf with her endlessly patient husband, Conor, and enjoys Bravo TV, college football and basketball (Go Huskies!), backyard dinners with family and friends, and tackling new home projects.

A proud graduate of the University of Connecticut and former member of the UConn Equestrian Team, Erin now resides in Northern Virginia with Conor and their two dogs—Ralph, named after legendary Bills owner Ralph Wilson, and their rescue pup, Penelope.
